Sandra has over 20 years experience in operations and transactions, drawn from founding and managing two companies as well as being a senior executive in two international corporations.
Sandra additionally has special expertise in industrial and organizational psychology, personnel placement, executive recruitment/selection processes, and career assessment/development. Sandra’s primary responsibility in the company is developing and managing the industrial/organizational psychology programs as well as human resource development and selection.
She is active in the company’s M&A activities, manages the finance and administrative staff, and is responsible for Kirchner and Company’s philanthropic activities. Sandra has trained in administering and assessing Myers-Briggs Type Indicators (personality inventory testing), the Strong Interest Inventory (career development assessment) and the Neo-5 (personality traits). She has participated in many seminars and courses that deal with organizational culture, psychological assessments for workplace, work motivation, career development, training and development. Sandra holds undergraduate and Masters degrees in Psychology, as well as a MBA.
She is a member of the American Psychological Associations (APA), ASP, and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), a division of the American Psychological Associations.
