Recent Transaction in the Agriculture Sector

February 22, 2022 – Kirchner Group today announced that it acted as advisor to Dehy Alfalfa Mills in connection with its sale to Market Maker Agriculture.

Dehy Alfalfa Mills, of Arlington Nebraska, is a leading supplier of alfalfa ingredients to the pet and animal nutrition sectors. Market Maker Agriculture, is a long-term private equity investor, that assists North American agribusinesses transition ownership while maintaining their cultures and legacies intact.
